ELEPHANT MAHOUT TRAINING COURSE

ONE DAY ELEPHANT MAHOUT TRAINING

Pick up from Hotel or Guesthouse at 08.30 am by Air Condition Van

        We will drive through agricultural Thai countryside North of Chiang Mai for One hour to BAAN CHANG ELEPHANT PARK where you learn, how to be a Mahout (Elephant caretaker). At the Park, the Elephant Mahout Guide will give you first useful information's about the Thai Elephants. You get instructions for guiding and riding your elephant as well you get the chance to feed them.
         After lunch, it's time to show what you had learnt in the morning. You sit on the back of the Elephant and try to control him during the ride through the beautiful forest and country side for about 1.5 hours as well you learn how to guide the Elephant into the river. There you get new skills in bathing and washing your Elephant. From the river bank, the guide will take some picture of you while you take care in bathing your elephant. When we return to the main hut from the river, at the coffee shop some Tea, Coffee or Water will be served. Around 03.30 pm it's time to say goodbye to a lovely Elephants and BAAN CHANG ELEPHANT PARK.
         Back in Chiang Mai you will be dropped off at your Hotel or Guesthouse.

2 DAYS ELEPHANT MAHOUT TRAINING COURSE AT BAANCHANG ELEPHANT PARK

Day 01:
08.30 Pick you up from hotel or guesthouse and drive through agricultural Thai countryside for 50 mins to Baanchang Elephant Park. Start the introduction of The Elephant training Course. Learning the basic commands for elephants
12.00 Lunch
13.30 Start to control and riding with elephant bare back
15.30 Bathing time
16.00 At Leisure (Shower)
17.00 Enjoy dinner, chat with Tour guide and Mahout.
Overnight at our Park with Bungalow with hot shower

Day 02:
08.00 Take Elephant to baht with Mahout & have Breakfast
10.00 More practice on the learned commands and take care the Elephant to the jungle
12.30 Lunch
13.30 Start to control and riding with elephant bare back (LESSON 02)
16.00 Time for say goodbye to Mahout and all lovely Elephants
17.00 Arriving Chiang Mai.

2 DAYS ELEPHANT LIFE ADVENTURE AT BAANCHANG ELEPHANT PARK

DAY 01: A 02 Days 01 Night visit to BAAN CHANG ELEPHANT PARK begins in the morning. After being picked up at your hotel or guesthouse around 9:00am, we will go to a local market for various elephant foods and supplements for Elephant. We will drive for one hour to Baan Chang Elephant Park. Meet our herd and get to know our elephants: elephant education talks about the life, behavior and friendship emotion of Elephants by our guide. Lunch at the Park, after lunch we will ride the Elephant through the jungle for 1.30 hrs. Then take the elephant back to the park, Enjoy bath and swim with our elephants in the river that borders our park. Discover how to communicate with them and learn with the Mahout. Feed Elephants with favorite fresh foods from the market. Overnight at our park.

DAY 02: Leave from BAAN CHANG ELEPHANT PARK AT 09.30 AM. Walk for 1 hour to Waterfall where you can swim and relax here. After relax we will walk for 1 hour back to the Raft camp, Then take a white water rafting along the river for  1 hour and continue with a bamboo rafting for 15 mins. After that we will drive for 30 mins to Akha village, walk to look around then drive back to Chiang Mai around 05.30 pm.

11.00 Enjoy walk to waterfall (Relax & swim) and Lunch
13.00 Take a White water Rafting for 1 hour
15.00 Visit Elephant Dung Paper Factory.
16.30 Arrive Chiangmai
